    Freesat Installation Leeds:
Another happy customer. Mr Richard from Leeds wanted to be ready for digital switchover so last week he booked an appointment  for our free site survey/ no obligation quote but our engineer checked signals for Digital Aerial but they were not strong enough to support freeviewHD so he advised Mr Richard to go for freesat. Today he went for our quote and after installation the engineer spent quite a while to help him understand how to operate freesat receiver. Thanks to Richard for his feedback and appreciation of our engineers workmanship.

    Motorised Satellite Dish Installation/ Repair:
Today our engineer had a very busy morning. He was up and running at 9.00am to go to Dewsbury to have a look at a customer's motorised dish that was not working. He braved the terrible weather and figured out the problem with it. The motor of the motorised dish was broken and needed replacing which our lovely engineer repaired the satellite system. Whilst working an old lady next door came out and said she was confused about the digital switchover and wanted our engineer to have a look. Our engineer had a look and saw she had an indoor aerial. He discussed with her the digital options available to her. He mentioned the pros of freesat and freeview with no monthly cost. He also discussed the many channels available on Sky. He talked her through recordable options with Freeview  and Sky. He gave a very good quote for Sky, Freesat and digital aerial installation... The old lady gave us a call an hour later to go ahead with the digital aerial installation. Our engineer is leaving in half an hour for it. Will let you know how he got on.

The Sky dish that got knocked over:
It was a grey rainy morning in West Yorkshire when the phone rang...
    "Good morning, Captain Satellites"
"Oh please help me, some kids have knocked my satellite dish and its now not picking up any signal," cried a woman over the phone. "Do you cover Leeds?"
Captain Satellite replied that he covered all of West Yorkshire. "We provide service throughout West Yorkshire for aerial and satellite installation and repairs. We also have same day service for satellite repairs and aerial repairs."
"That's great news as I have a programme that's on this afternoon. Will you make it in time?"
    "I'll be right over..."

Later outside of a house in Leeds a bright red van parked and the doorbell rang.
    Captain Satellite had arrived.
He climbed up his ladder and re-adjusted the dish using his meter.
"There all done. Do you want to check and make sure all your satellite channels are working?"
"Yep they are all there" the lady said whilst flicking through the channels, "My hero!"

    Another household saved from boredom...

When will Captain Satellite be needed again?
    Who will call him?
    You?
